"Fall into Spring"

Now that we are about ready to "Fall into Spring", my seasonal recommendations for skin care therapy & maintenance applies to both East & West coasts.

Cold, wintry weather can produce dryness with the air & with our skin.
Our skin needs to be treated & fed for its needs.

Fine lines can merely be dry skin. Exfoliating can refine & soften.
To help maintain & nourish, I recommend exfoliating at least once a month to shed dry skin & help accelerate new skin cell growth.
